As for the carrier: never had a more troubled delivery.The Italian carrier "BDM Network srl" delivers only "on paper", or writes "DELIVERED" and who has seen you has seen. BG assigned them 2 deliveries. One vanished into thin air and this arrived by grace received. The package arrived in Italy on December 23,2019 and, at the beginning of the year, they gave it delivery on January 9. In mid-January it became "DELIVERED" on January 2. At my request (via chat) it was "computer error" and that the delivery was in progress. The justification of the package disappeared into thin air is "Being a postal service, chosen by the SENDER, does not provide proof of delivery, or our courier is NOT authorized at the time of delivery to sign". The package arrived, the third reminder, on January 28 and I had to sign two different documents. Everyone draw their own conclusions. I assume full responsibility for what is written, moreover everything documentable. But they will NEVER publish it. (I have of course informed the cservice@banggood.com)

Per quanto concerne il vettore: mai avuta una consegna più travagliata. Il vettore italiano "BDM Network srl" consegna solo "sulla carta", ovvero scrive "CONSEGNATO" e chi si è visto si è visto. A loro BG ha assegnato 2 consegne. Una è svanita nel nulla e questa è arrivata per grazia ricevuta. Il pacco è giunto in Italia il 23 dicembre 2019 e, ad inizio anno, lo davano in consegna il 9 gennaio. A metà gennaio è diventato "CONSEGNATO" il 2 gennaio. A mia richiesta (via chat) si trattava di "errore informatico" e che la consegna era in corso. La giustificazione del pacco sparito nel nulla è "Essendo un sevizio postale, scelto dal MITTENTE, non prevede la prova di consegna, ovvero il nostro corriere NON è autorizzato al momento della consegna a far firmare". Il pacco è arrivato, al terzo sollecito, il 28 gennaio e ho dovuto firmare ben 2 documenti diversi. Ognuno tragga le proprie conclusioni. Mi assumo in toto la responsabilità di quanto scritto, peraltro tutto documentabile. Ma tanto NON lo pubblicheranno MAI. (Ho naturalmente informato il cservice@banggood.com)
